Before first use and at the end of each cycle, sterilise the disc by placing it in boiling water for 3–5 minutes. Let it cool and dry completely before storing it in a breathable pouch.

Tip: Use a steaming basket or whisk in the pot so the disc doesn’t sit on the base and scorch.

1. Wash & prep: Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Fold: Pinch the disc into a narrow fold you can comfortably insert.
3. Angle: Aim back and down toward your tailbone.
4. Seat: Allow the back rim to rest in the vaginal fornix.
5. Tuck: Secure the front rim behind your pubic bone.

Apply

1. Wash your hands.
2. Fold the disc.
3. Insert at a downward angle toward your tailbone.
4. Tuck the front rim behind the pubic bone to seal.

Remove

1. Wash your hands and relax your pelvic floor.
2. Bear down slightly if needed.
3. Pinch the front rim (or loop tab if present) and gently slide out.
4. Empty, rinse with warm water, and reinsert; sterilise at cycle’s end.

For less mess, remove in the shower or while seated over the toilet.

• Between uses: Rinse with warm water; use mild, fragrance-free soap if needed.
• End of cycle: Sterilise in boiling water for 3–5 minutes; let dry fully.
• Storage: Keep in a breathable cloth pouch in a well-ventilated area.

• Ensure correct placement with the front rim tucked behind the pubic bone.
• Consult your doctor before use if you are postpartum, have a history of TSS, or any medical concerns.
• The menstrual disc is not a contraceptive and does not protect against sexually transmitted infections.
• Do not use if you are allergic to silicone. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if irritation occurs.
• Always wash hands before inserting or removing the disc. Keep the product clean and sterilise as directed.

TSS is rare but serious. Good hygiene and correct use help reduce risk.
